the legal rights of employees who have been discriminated against by
their employers, or retaliated against
as a consequence of either
making a discrimination complaint or opposing discriminatory practices
in the workplace.
2. Providing
legal representation to persons who have been accused of or who are the
victims of fraudulent business practices or accused of fraud in
connection with government contracting, or otherwise. We provide both
civil and criminal representation in this area, primarily in federal
court. Our representation includes both criminal and civil RICO
litigation.
3. Representing
persons involved in antitrust, consumer protection litigation, and qui
tam litigation.
Our
civil practice is limited to the State of Tennessee. Our white collar
criminal practice is nationwide, but limited to
federal court.
Our
consumer protection, qui tam, whistleblower and freedom of speech
practices are limited to the
Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area.
